Can I add a logo or picture to one of your designs and is there charge to do this?
You can add your logo/image and there is NO CHARGE. You can add anything to one of our designs. Tell us the design you like and send us the image / logo / graphic you would like to add to it and we will include it on your design. We will totally customize the design any way you want. Our goal is to create the perfect design for your clinic.
Can I request a different color on one of your designs?
Absolutely. We are more than happy to change any of our designs to suit your tastes. You can think of any of our designs as a starting template that can be changed any way to suit your needs. Colors, fonts, font sizes, text, images, background design – you name it we can change it.
How do I request a proof?
There are 3 ways you can request a proof.
1. Call us: 1-800-403-5295 and provide us the details of your design request over the phone.
2. E-mail us: [email protected] and provide us the specifics about your design. Please include – the products you are interested in -e.g. business card -, the design number of the product, & the information you would like included in the design.
3. Go to our website: morganprofessionalproducts.com – go to the product you are interested in – e.g. business cards – and fill out a design request form.
How long does it take to create a proof?
We try to create and e-mail proofs within 24 hours of the request. Some requests – like for presentation folder designs – may take longer as there is more design work involved.
Are there discounts if I purchase multiple products?
Yes, we have package discounts. You can find package discount pricing on our website for certain products or if you plan on ordering a number of different products from us you can give us a call and we can provide you with a custom quote based on the products you are looking to purchase.
