Non-Custom Products
We accept returns on non-customized print products. Our non-customized products include our stretch and exercise patient handbooks and our non-customized line of chiropractic brochures as well as any other products that do not have a customers specific information printed directly onto the product. If you are not satisfied with these products you can return them and we will refund the full price of the product. Customers will not be refunded the shipping costs and will be responsible for paying for the return shipment of the product back to us. Once we recieve the product we will refund the full price of the product.

Customized Print Products
Once our custom print products have been approved by you, the customer, and sent to print, they are non-refundable. The customer will be sent a proof of all customized products prior to printing for customer approval. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that their artwork is accurate in all aspects including spelling, accuracy of text (addresses, phone numbers, etc.), grammar, colors, layout, size and dimensions. The client is also responsible for ensuring legal/regulatory compliance of any trademarked logos or copyrighted materials.
